SPACE Gallery opening October 13, 2017

Please join me to celebrate my new series of work, SALT WATER  +  LIGHT. A culmination of over two years of development in research and hot and cold torch work technique has brought about a new series concentrating of the purity of the materials and physical essence of the form.

This exhibit will focus on the six large scale panels painted with layers of dripping warm encaustic wax, graphite and mixed media worked on both horizontally and vertically. There are seven additional panels, ranging in dimensions from 15 3/4″ x 15 3/4″ to 36″ x 48″, where the continued theme of  travels to Iceland, Bahamas and Prince George Island has been painted with custom color pigmented encaustic wax and inks.
